Content Moderator – Gaming Industry Apex Systems is a leading professional services organization focused on providing solutions with real business value.
We are seeking a Content Moderator / Support Agent for one of our largest clients at our Mexico Delivery Center.
This role will serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries, focusing on in-game content moderation.
You will help maintain a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for players and escalating complex cases to senior teams.
As part of this role, you will actively play and test FPS games to understand gameplay, identify issues, and ensure compliance with community standards.
Monitor and review in-game content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and client policies.
Actively play FPS games to test features, validate reports, and maintain familiarity with game mechanics.
0–1 year of experience in customer service, IT support, or content moderation.
Familiarity with gaming environment and last generation FPS titles.
Ability to remain objective and impartial when reviewing content.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings.
Experience with service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus.
High school diploma or technical training in IT or related fields.
Entry-level certifications like CompTIA IT Fundamentals or A+ are a plus.
Passion for gaming and familiarity with FPS games.
