  • Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST
  • Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST

    As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients by managing the front-end process for equipment orders and insurance verification. This is a fast-paced role involving inbound and outbound calls, documentation, and coordination with multiple systems.
