About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to fill a Remote Customer Support Associate position.

  1. Deliver timely professional support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
  2. Assist with scheduling follow-ups on general administrative tasks.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collaborate internal teams to resolve issues, improve overall client satisfaction, identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the client experience
