Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay:
$20.00 – $22.00 an Hour (Based on Experience)
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers via phone and email with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism. Receive and process purchase orders, changes, price adjustments, and cancellations. Review customer orders for accuracy: part numbers, terms, shipping/billing info, and delivery instructions. Retrieve and update order data using MRP system. Prepare and respond to requests for quotes using standard pricing and delivery terms. Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Shipping, Accounting, Supply Chain) to resolve customer inquiries.
