A customer service company in Metro Manila is seeking a Customer Success Administrator to support the Scale Customer Success team. The successful candidate will manage Tier 1 inquiries, handle client outreach, and maintain CRM data. This role requires strong organizational skills and at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Working hours are M to F, 10pm to 7am PH Time, and all tasks will help enhance the customer's experience and retention efforts.
