    • What You Will Be Doing

  • Onboard new payers
  • Build customer loyalty buy maintaining strong relationships with payer customer representatives
  • Be the expert on strategies and services to play an advisory role to payers on how they use the services to achieve their objectives and goals
  • Review, analyze, and deliver monthly performance reporting to customers and align service performance with payers objectives and needs
  • Triage incoming communications from the payer and address where possible, while collaborating with other internal or partner resources, as needed
  • Document/track/keep abreast of all customer requests/deliverables/activities
  • Lead and manage new initiatives from the payers perspective in partnership with other resources and teams
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, as required
  • Serve as the voice of the payer customer
  • Upsell payer customers on new strategies/services/products and ensure renewals

    • What You Need for this Position

    At least 5 years of Customer Success experience with the following:

  • Payer Sales
  • Customer Service
  • SaaS
  • Account Management
  • Health IT

    Base salary

    $110,000/yr – $160,000/yr
