A leading Shopify partner is seeking a Customer Success Manager to provide primary contact and support for a portfolio of Shopify merchants. The ideal candidate has experience in customer support or success, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Additionally, they will lead onboarding and ensure clients fully benefit from the platform. This is a full-time, fully remote role with a salary range of $60K–$100K, plus performance bonuses, requiring flexibility to work Eastern hours.
