About the Role
Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent to support a gaming client. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and email , ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly responses while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email support
Assist users with game-related issues, account queries, and general support
Communicate clearly and professionally with players
Use Discord for internal communication and customer interactions where required
Follow support guidelines and maintain service quality standards
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Requirements: Must have own laptop or desktop with Windows 11 OS or above
16 GB RAM or above
High-speed and stable internet connection
Good working knowledge of Discord
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to work UK hours with partial availability during US hours
Prior experience in customer support or gaming support is a plus
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Nice to Have: Previous experience supporting gaming or tech clients
Familiarity with online communities and gaming platforms
