About the Role

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent to support a gaming client. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and email , ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly responses while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email support
  • Assist users with game-related issues, account queries, and general support
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with players
  • Use Discord for internal communication and customer interactions where required
  • Follow support guidelines and maintain service quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Requirements:
  • Must have own laptop or desktop with Windows 11 OS or above
  • 16 GB RAM or above
  • High-speed and stable internet connection
  • Good working knowledge of Discord
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work UK hours with partial availability during US hours
  • Prior experience in customer support or gaming support is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience supporting gaming or tech clients
  • Familiarity with online communities and gaming platforms
