About the job Remote Data Entry Specialist

Optimere is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for our Contribution Processing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for editing hours reported on company systems by checking all edit/error codes and verifying data entry to ensure participants are credited with the correct hours worked.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years contribution processing, data entry or comparable work experience.
  • Data processing or accounting experience highly desirable
  • Accurate typing- 45 WPM/10 Key by touch
  • MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook experience required
  • Excellent analytical, spelling and grammar skills
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
