Remote Dayshift - Service Manager

This is a remote dayshift position, for Scalex.

VA Rate : $10AUD PER HOUR (Negotiable)

ROLE PURPOSE

The Service Manager (VA) supports day-to-day operations including staff rostering, shift changes, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. No prior NDIS knowledge is required; training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Staff Operations & Rostering

• Manage daily rosters and shift changes
• Handle cancellations and urgent replacements
• Track staff availability and leave

2. Participant, Family & Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain relationships with participants and families
• Communicate updates to Support Coordinators
