Overview of the role but not limited to:
- Level 2 support
- Conducts software installation
- Complex Software and Hardware troubleshooting
- Support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Android and Apple
- Must have networking fundamentals
- Ticketing / blended (calls, chats, emails, remote)
- Adhere program specific processes, policies & procedures
- Perform assigned tasks and ad-hocs based on business need
Requirements:
- Graduate of any degree or College Graduate
- Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in speaking, writing & reading English
- With at least 2-3 years’ Deskside Support or Remote Desk Support Experience, preferably from any BPO Orgs or Shared Services <...
