Overview of the role but not limited to:

  • Level 2 support
  • Conducts software installation
  • Complex Software and Hardware troubleshooting
  • Support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Android and Apple
  • Must have networking fundamentals
  • Ticketing / blended (calls, chats, emails, remote)
  • Adhere program specific processes, policies & procedures
  • Perform assigned tasks and ad-hocs based on business need

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any degree or College Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in speaking, writing & reading English
