**This is a remote position**


Our client is currently in search of of a senior employment attorney with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.


Skills & Experience needed:

  • Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background

  • Must have current or recent experience working with school third party administrator employment panels

  • Must have school district defense experience in employment law

  • Must have 15 years of employment law defense experience

  • Trial experience preferred, but not required

  • Experience with public entity defense a plus

  • Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive

  • Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees

  • Member, State Bar of California in good standing

  • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Commitment to proactive case management
