Answering customer inquiries via phone, addressing questions promptly, and handling missed calls.Managing online chats and providing timely responses to customer queries.Completing a set number of email responses daily.Collecting and reporting customer feedback and complaints to help optimize products and processes.Learning product knowledge and completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.
