Job Description:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, addressing questions promptly, and handling missed calls.

  • Managing online chats and providing timely responses to customer queries.

  • Completing a set number of email responses daily.

  • Collecting and reporting customer feedback and complaints to help optimize products and processes.

  • Learning product knowledge and completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher.

  • Fluency in English.

  • At least six months of customer service experience.

  • Strong communication skills and reliability.
  • Working Hours:

  • Time Zone: PST (Los Angeles)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
