A leading open-source software provider is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to onboard new customers and enhance their experience. You will manage critical customer portfolios, drive growth, and act as a customer advocate. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in IT with expertise in cloud and data technologies. Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish and Portuguese, plus experience with Salesforce and Jira, is advantageous. A remote location is supported.
