As a Practice Assistant, you’ll provide high-impact administrative and organizational support to Business Support Leadership and Professional Legal Support teams, working across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll partner with a global network of Practice Assistants, anticipate needs, streamline processes, and help drive continuous improvement—making a real difference to how our teams work and succeed.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars and ensure that all activities and markers are up to date
- Arrange meetings, conferences, and other internal and external activities; book conference rooms and venues; and coordinate with all parties involved
- Plan and prepare all travel-related needs (i.e., flights / trains, hotels, cars, itinerary, etc.)
