Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

    Seattle area role with flexibility. Attorneys can work in-office, remotely, or a mix, depending on what works best for them.

    You must have 3+ years of Washington family law experience and be licensed and in good standing in Washington.

    Job Description

  • Manage a family law litigation caseload from start to finish

  • Handle temporary orders, discovery, settlement negotiations, and client strategy

  • Represent clients in hearings and trial work as needed

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and opposing counsel

  • Maintain high ethical standards and sound judgment in sensitive matters

  • Use legal technology to stay organized and efficient

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of WA family law experience

  • Comfortable with hearings, motion practice, and trial prep

  • Strong organization and follow-through

  • Professional, client-centered communication style

  • Comfortable working in a tech-forward environment
