In this role, you will support and elevate the performance of franchised restaurants, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with brand standards. You will analyze restaurant metrics, provide coaching to franchisees, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and at least 5 years of experience in franchise management or operations. This is a full-time remote position with periodic travel required.
