A trucking company is seeking experienced freight dispatchers who can also recruit and manage Owner-Operators. The position offers a flexible remote work environment and the opportunity to manage high-volume loads while building relationships with drivers and brokers. Applicants must have proven experience in freight dispatching and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of logistics software and DOT regulations is also required.
