  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • On-call availability: Saturdays (for questions, light follow-ups, urgent patient needs)

Role Overview

Unify Aesthetics is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Remote Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless patient journey from initial inquiry through booking, treatment follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, knowledgeable about aesthetic treatments, and proactive in managing leads, appointments, and patient communications.
