The candidate will assist customers by resolving issues related to geospatial data products while providing excellent service. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field and are familiar with photogrammetry and GIS tools like Pix4D and ArcGIS. Candidates with at least 2 years of customer support experience and expertise in technical resolutions are preferred. The role involves a full-time, remote work setup with a shifting schedule.
