A local HR firm is looking for an HR/Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process, oversee payroll, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields, proven experience in HR and payroll processing, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently, preferably based in Bulacan or Caloocan. Remote work is available.
