A global technology firm is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to manage core systems and ensure a secure, efficient, and reliable digital workspace. This role requires expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, along with a strong understanding of security and automation tools. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of IT support experience, exceptional English communication skills, and the ambition to grow into a Tier 2 Security or Systems Engineer role.
