Job Description

A global IT services company is looking for a Service Desk L1 professional to assist clients remotely. Responsibilities include installation and uninstallation of applications, Active Directory administration, and providing desk-side support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Outlook, as well as effective communication abilities. Fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is preferred. This is a full-time position with specified work hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT.
