Job Description

A managed IT services provider is hiring a Service Desk L1 professional for remote work to assist clients. The role involves supporting clients via remote channels, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing installations. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in IT support, proficient in Windows O/S and macOS, and have strong communication skills. Knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
