SEEKING: Remote IT Support Analyst (Level III) We are looking for an IT Support Analyst (Level III) You will work in the Spain Hub Support. The candidate will be responsible for: Provide expert-level technical support for complex IT incidents. Act as the final escalation point for Level I and II teams. Ensure service excellence in a hybrid remote environment. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS : Resolve advanced infrastructure, application, and network issues. Perform root cause analysis and documentation. Lead incident response during critical outages. Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors. Mentor junior analysts. EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS : Minimum 5 years in technical support or systems administration. Strong Windows, macOS, and enterprise platform knowledge. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools. Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of DNS, VPN, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
