A staffing agency in the Philippines seeks an IT Support professional responsible for Level 1 and 2 support, user account management, and hardware/software troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of IT support experience, strong communication skills in English, and a degree in Computer Science or IT. Other responsibilities include documenting procedures and managing IT infrastructure. Flexibility with schedule changes is preferred, and knowledge of O365 administration is a plus.
