Position Summary

We are recruiting a dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Care Specialist to work from a remote location anywhere in Greece. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for our Italian clientele, ensuring they receive outstanding service and clear communication regarding our tobacco products and related company processes. Your Daily Focus

Your core responsibility is to deliver premium support across various channels: phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat. Specifically, you will:

  • Fluently manage customer interactions in Italian and effectively handle general inquiries in English.
  • Accurately troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve customer complaints, questions, and concerns about orders, product usage, and general company information.
  • Log detailed records of all interactions and resolutions within the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Ensure every communication strictly adheres to industry regulations and company quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or procedural issues efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Logistical Details

  • Mandatory Schedule: You must be available for rotational 8-hour shifts spanning our 24/7 operating hours (7 days a week, including nights and weekends).

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bilingual Capability: Absolute fluency in Italian and strong working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Eligibility to Work in Greece: You must provide valid documentation, which includes:

    • EU Citizenship.
    • A valid Residency Card (with an expiration date more than one year away).
    • A valid Refugee Card.
  • Adaptability: Readiness to commit to the 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Desirable Qualifications (A Plus, Not Required)

  • Previous professional experience in customer support, technical assistance, or a contact center environment.
  • A proven track record of successfully working remotely.
