A leading packaging company seeks an Operational Excellence Engineer to drive Lean transformation across European manufacturing sites. This remote role involves deploying a new manufacturing system, coaching teams, and ensuring continuous improvement in a hands-on capacity. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree, strong experience in Lean methods, and the ability to influence at all levels. Fluency in English is mandatory, with French or German as a plus. Frequent travel to sites is expected.
