A global leader in packaging solutions is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to drive Lean transformation across multiple European manufacturing sites. This remote role involves hands-on coaching and deploying a new group manufacturing system, alongside training teams at all levels. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and strong experience in Lean methodologies, with the ability to influence change and improve operational maturity. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French or German is a plus.
