A global packaging leader is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to lead the deployment of a new manufacturing system across multiple sites. This role focuses on training and coaching teams in Lean methodologies and driving continuous improvement across European manufacturing plants. Candidates should have an engineering background and strong experience in Lean and Change Management. Fluency in English is required, with French or German highly beneficial. Remote work is possible with extensive travel across Europe.
