Network Real Estate Specialist III
DESCRIPTION
Specialist will join the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND) Network Small Cell Real Estate Team in support small cell new build and modification projects. This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a Real Estate Complete work product. In addition to supervising third party vendors, responsibilities include managing workflow forecasts and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise.
