Location: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Full-time (including weekends during the summer season)

About the Role:

As a Remote Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our shore excursions and travel experiences. This fully remote position demands a proactive and organized individual to manage the calendar of bookings, communicate with guests, coordinate transportation, and prepare and revise experience proposals. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience on Mykonos is nothing short of extraordinary.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the calendar of bookings for shore excursions and travel experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, providing timely and relevant information.
  • Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed.
  • Prepare and revise detailed experience proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.
  • Confirm services 24 hours before the scheduled experience day.
