Remote Operations Manager (LATAM) – Bear Brothers Cleaning (USA)

Bear Brothers Cleaning is one of Alabama’s fastest-growing home cleaning companies, and we’re expanding into a new city.

This role gives you real ownership, real responsibility, and real financial upside. If you perform well, you can realistically earn $1,500–$2,000+ per month as the location scales.

Compensation (Clear & Performance-Driven)

Starting Base Pay: $6.00/hour (full-time)

Hourly Raises Based on MRR

Your hourly pay increases $0.50 every time the location grows by $5,000 in MRR,

starting at $10,000 MRR.

Commissions & Bonuses

• $2 per deep / move-out clean


•  $3 per successful recurring clean


• $1 bonus for each 5-star review
