You’ll work with warm, qualified leads (no cold calling), guide clients through benefit program options, and ensure every customer has a positive enrollment experience.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads to schedule online meetings.
Conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom) to explain benefit programs and coverage options.
Assist clients through the application and enrollment process.
Maintain detailed records of client communications and sales progress.
Collaborate with your manager to meet performance targets and professional goals.
