We are looking for qualified Polish-speaking Customer Support professionals currently residing in Greece. This fully remote role allows you to assist customers from any location within Greece. What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent Polish speaker (C1+)

  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Currently living anywhere in Greece

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Customer-oriented and professional mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Polish

  • Provide accurate, clear, and professional support

  • Follow company processes and maintain quality standards

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions
