We operate fully remotely in Canada, optimizing workflows, SLAs, and customer outcomes through disciplined process execution and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day back-office processes including order processing, data entry, returns and refunds, and ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
- Monitor and triage customer inquiries across CRM/ticketing systems; escalate complex issues to subject-matter teams and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, update order and customer data in CRM/ERP tools, and perform routine reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
