Job Description

A large software and gaming company is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the rollout and adoption of an evolving external art production ecosystem. This role works closely with Art Development leadership and External Development to help coordinate workflows, standards, documentation, and tooling that enable high-quality, cost-efficient outsourced art production. As the company continues to evolve how it partners with external art vendors, this role plays a key part in supporting that transition with a focus on improving visibility, documentation, communication, and adoption of new production practices that are critical to predictable scale, quality consistency, and long-term efficiency.
