A leading BPO firm in Metro Manila is seeking a QA Specialist responsible for monitoring and improving customer interactions across voice calls and digital channels. The successful candidate will evaluate agent performance, provide feedback, scrub DSATs, and generate reports to support continuous improvement. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and prior QA experience in customer service. This role is currently remote but may require on-site presence in the future.
