As a Remote Resolution Specialist, you will form part of the EMEA Customer Support team. Your role will be to guide our existing customers through complex queries and create an exciting, memorable, and best-in-class experience.
You will join an international and diverse team supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. Your main responsibilities will be to triage, diagnose, and solve complex customer cases handed to you through various channels. Your role is to resolve these individual or collection of cases and make the customer feel informed, valued, and excited about our innovative products.
