About the Company


We’re looking for Learning Facilitators to support hotels globally in the adoption and training of new revenue management and reservation systems.

Position Summary:

  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for hotel teams across multiple regions

  • Develop support documentation, job aids, and learning materials

  • Execute and manage training courses, workshops, and system adoption programs

  • Coordinate implementation checklists and training completion tracking

  • Partner with global revenue management training and operations teams

  • Support hotels during system implementation and post-launch adoption

  • Proven experience with IDeaS G3, Optix, and RevPlan (user, implementation, facilitation)
