**Position: Sales Development Representative **(100% Remote)

Our client is looking for a motivated and intelligent professional to join their team as a **Sales Development Representative (SDR) **for the US market.
**About our client**:
They are a technology startup that was born to democratize the highest quality strength training.
Basically, they have created a gym tracker and a software that allows the coach to collect data and understand better the athlete's performance with useful insights and real-time feedback.
**The Role**
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a critical role in the success of the company by developing the top of the sales funnel.
This is a stimulating and exciting role that will test your communication skills, your work ethic and your ability to stay focused and follow a plan. It is also a great apprenticeship where we will help you develop your sales skills.
You will be working in a B2B Software company. This is the economic sector that has seen the biggest growth in recent years. Perspectives are that it will continue to be like this.
Their company caters to the Sports Industry and your role will have a focus on the US Market. They currently work with world renowned teams and universities such as Stanford University, UCLA and the Cleveland Guardians.
You will be working for a startup. They follow a process and a methodology, but they like to test new things and make changes in our processes based on the data of their experiments. They would like you to think critically and be part of their experimentation culture.
You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in the sports industry.
**What are they looking for?**
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or Human Sciences
- Aspiration for a career in sales as Account Executive
- Some knowledge of the American Sports Market is a plus
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize the contact information you have found on Excel to import to our CRM.
- Schedule appointments for Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
- Comply with or exceed the sales development objectives
- We are looking for more enthusiasm and willingness to learn than specific experience.
**Your Profile**
- You want to start a career in the sales department in B2B technology environments
- You have a commercial nature
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable with the idea of speaking with clients on the phone
- Speaking English fluently is a must
- Knowledge of Excel and good technology skills
- You are proactive, enthusiastic, organized and you like to work for objectives
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- You have previous experience working as and SDR
- You are located in Latin America

**Salary**: 2000 USD /month + bonuses
**Schedule**: 9am to 5pm Eastern time
