The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in IT or Cybersecurity and 1-2 years of experience in L1 IT support or SOC/NOC operations. Responsibilities include logging incidents, triaging alerts, and ensuring clear documentation. There is a requirement to work night shifts, typically from 9 PM to 6 AM SGT. Relevant certifications are a plus.
