• Code physician and APP professional services accurately and on time
• Review clinical documentation for completeness and medical necessity
• Identify and flag charts requiring clarification or escalation
• Communicate coding questions, trends, or risks to operations and compliance teams
• Coordinate workflows with billing and clinical operations
