Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Service Designer that will be responsible for the following: • Lead the endtoend design of complex insurance services, creating journey maps, service blueprints, and crosschannel experiences that integrate people, processes, and technology. • Facilitate workshops and collaborate across product, tech, and business teams to uncover insights, align stakeholders, and drive experience improvements. • Mentor UX team members while independently defining processes, documenting methods, and shaping waysofworking in an evolving, minimally structured environment. • Communicate effectively through storytelling, visual artifacts, and simplification of complex systems to influence decisionmakers and guide strategy. Bring seniorlevel service design depth with experience in systems thinking, regulated industries, and autonomous leadership across large, ambiguous projects.
