- Responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support monitoring tools.
- Oversees problem identification, system architecture definition/specification and implementation.
- Customer education, solution monitoring, and system restoration
- Focus on Philips solutions with the aiming of customer success.
**You're the right fit if**:
- Alert resolution and ticket management.
- Experience with PACS and RIS systems.
- Technical Skills on OS (windows Server ).
- Basic networking understanding (VLAN, Load Balancer, Switches).
- Basic knowledge on Database (SQL, Oracle)
- Intermediate to advanced English skills
