Job Description

As a **Remote Service Engineer,** you will be the friendly expert who remotely diagnoses and resolves equipment issues, coordinates parts and field support, and manages follow-up appointments and service quotes, helping customers get back to work quickly and confidently. Based mainly in the Poland region, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform remote software updates, and build strong customer relationships while enjoying the independence to make decisions that ensure reliability and outstanding service.

**Your role:**

+ Monitoring and ensuring HPM software performance at remote locations on customer sites;
