Remote Servicenow Architect: Csm/Hrsd/Itsm Leader

General Purpose

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on development expertise in JavaScript to lead the design, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for defining platform architecture, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while mentoring developers and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Design and own the overall ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Ensure proper ACL administration
