About the Role

  • Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites via phone and/or email

  • Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests

  • Create work orders and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors

  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner Global Occupier Services

  • Assess client’s needs and guide the client accordingly

About You

  • College/bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent

  • At least 1 year facilities management and remote site operational exposures

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working in a contact center or BPO setup is preferred ...
