About the Role
Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites via phone and/or email
Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests
Create work orders and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors
Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner Global Occupier Services
Assess client’s needs and guide the client accordingly
About You
College/bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent
At least 1 year facilities management and remote site operational exposures
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a contact center or BPO setup is preferred ...
