We are a fast-growing company in the solar energy industry, supporting residential solar sales and operations teams across the U.S. We're currently hiring for multiple **remote specialist roles** to help manage projects, documentation, and customer coordination from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:
**What You’ll Do (Duties vary by role)**:
- Review and validate pre-sale solar project data
- Submit documents and manage records via finance and CRM portals
- Audit contracts, scopes of work, and customer documents for accuracy
- Support sales reps and internal teams via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Manage and resolve project issues to ensure timely progress
- Maintain documentation in accordance with internal SOPs
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
